One Page Pro provides simple, professional one-page websites designed to help local businesses get online, get found, and generate enquiries.
Our service is fully managed, meaning we handle everything for you, no technical knowledge required.
2. What You Are Purchasing
By purchasing a One Page Pro plan, you are buying a managed one-page website service, not a fully custom or multi-page website.
Your website may include:
- Your services
- Your service areas
- Contact details
- Images or photos
- Enquiry/contact buttons or forms (depending on plan)
This is a single-page website only and does not include:
- Multiple pages
- Customer login access
- The ability for you to edit or manage the website yourself
If changes are needed, you can request them through us.
3. Our Plans
We offer three simple plans:
Lite (£99 per year)
A basic professional online presence with your website set up and live.
Plus (£199 per year)(Most Popular)
Includes enquiry forms, call-to-action buttons, and setup to help customers find you online.
Premium (£499 per year)
A fully managed service including content writing, business email setup, Google Business Profile setup, and ongoing support.
4. Payment Terms
All plans are charged annually in advance.
• Your payment covers a 12-month service period
• Your website will remain active for one year from the payment date
5. Renewal & Continuation
• You will receive a renewal reminder 15 days before your plan expires
• You will have the option to continue your service for another year
If payment is not received by the renewal date:
- Your website may be taken offline
- Associated services may be paused or removed
6. Website Setup & Delivery
We aim to have your website live within a few days once:
- We receive your payment
- You provide the required business information
7. Content & Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and appropriate:
- Business details
- Service descriptions
- Images (if supplied by you)
8. Changes & Updates
Because this is a managed service:
- You do not have direct access to edit the website
- Any updates must be requested through us
9. Search Visibility
We set up your website to help customers find you online.
However, we do not guarantee rankings or specific positions in search results.
10. Ownership & Access
• The website is managed and hosted by One Page Pro
• Backend access is not provided
• Domain names are managed as part of your service while active11. Cancellation
• Payments are non-refundable once the service period has started
• Your website will remain live until the end of your paid term
12. Service Nature
This is a simple, hassle-free online presence service and not a complex or multi-page website solution.
13. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of business or enquiries
- Search engine performance
- Third-party downtime
14. Agreement
By purchasing a One Page Pro plan, you agree to these terms and conditions.
